Katie Smith has been working in the mortgage industry for over 21 years and joined America First as a loan officer nine years ago. Making the dream of homeownership a reality is Katie's passion. Katie understands the process may seem a bit complicated and overwhelming, but will do everything in her power to provide you with the best possible experience.

As your loan officer, Katie will ensure you start with a good understanding of the options available and leave with a good understanding of your loan. Katie cares deeply about our members and is grateful to work for a credit union where our primary concern is their financial health. Katie specializes in purchase and refinance mortgages, including FNMA, UHC, FHA, VA, Lot, construction loans and reverse mortgages.
