We added 700 sq ft to the upper floor which included a bathroom and bedroom. We were able to make the existing bedrooms larger on the upper floor. We also added a mother-in-law apartment in the basement. We remodeled the entire interior and added a massive deck to the exterior.

We redesigned the master bathroom to make it larger by converting the storage room into the bathroom. We added a water closet for privacy, walk in shower, larger vanity and a soaking tub. We replaced the old cast iron pipes with new pipes and redid the plumbing.

We remodeled the laundry room with all new cabinetry, flooring, and fixtures. We updated the half bath with new tile, vanity, and finishes. We also completed a full mother-in-law suite remodel, transforming the space into a comfortable and functional living area with a refreshed bathroom, new flooring, and modern finishes throughout.

We converted a garage into an ADU. This required architectural drawings and engineering for city approval. We could only convert the garage into 650 sq ft of living space. We added a new sewer lateral and underground plumbing, and designed the space to include a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen/living area.
